Reed are currently working with a growing high pedigree business within sports merchandising who are looking to recruit a dynamic Personal Assistant to support the CEO and management team.

This role is such an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be apart of a growing organisation that is going to off many opportunities in the near future.

Responsibilities• First point of contact for CEO, supporting all aspects of their day• Booking travel arrangements both nationally and internationally• Extensive diary management• Organise meetings, prepare agendas and take actions and minutes when required• Follow up on actions to ensure deadlines are being met• Support the wider management team with administrative support• Office Management, ensuring a well-kept, stocked and safe office• Oversee projects and tasks on behalf of the CEO and management team• Managing internal and external events in line with budgets• Ad hoc administrative support across the teams
