Personal Assistant

ITS Group is a leading construction recruitment company with over 50 years supplying candidates to the construction industry.

Our Exeter division is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Construction Director of our large flagship house building client at their regional office in Exeter.

This is a full time office based position working in a friendly company offering a permanent job opportunity. You will support the Construction Director by providing administrative support, diary management, liaise with all levels of their construction team from site staff to senior personnel, The ability to prioritise your workload with strong organisational skills is essential

Essential Skills

• Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Be highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Confidence to liaise with senior decision makers as well as the full hierachy of construction site staff
• Have a proactive approach to responsibilities and be a keen problem solver.
• Have great IT skills and be confident with Office, Outlook and Powerpoint.
• Comfortable using your own initiative to complete tasks
• Ability to manage a workload with regular tasks and ad hoc requirements
• Experience working within a team and working on your own
• Experience in minute-taking, action management, and supporting senior-level meetings
• Previous experience working in the construction sector is preferred
