SalaryYour new companyWorking for a successful construction company based on the outskirts of Exeter in Matford.Full time Temp to perm opportunity. Working hours Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm.Salary is £30k per year which works out £15.38 per hour. Your new roleYou will be working within a construction office environment and will be the first port of call for anyone who works for the organisation and any external partner companies.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring the availability of all relevant parties and necessary resources.
- Assist in organising and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives as required.
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Conduct research, compile data, and draft reports or presentations as directed.
- Maintain and update confidential files, documents, and records.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to contribute to the smooth running of the executive office.
What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience as a PA/EA ideally in a construction environment, but not essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
