Your new company

You will be working in central Southampton for a highly successful law firm who provide a range of services to a large portfolio of customers. Working in the office Monday to Friday on a permanent basis.

Your new role

You will assist and support the Senior Partners, communicating with clients whilst providing general administrative tasks for the business. Responsibilities include creating and managing files/ cases and informing clients about confidential and sensitive information.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience within administration and/or experience in a PA role alongside excellent time management and organisation, IT literate and a highly professional manner.
