Job Title: PA to international entrepreneur
Quest is recruiting for a Personal Assistant to a Dubai-based entrepreneur who has an international track record of success. This client's business thrives on innovation and a commitment to excellence. They seeks talented Personal Assistant, with some international experience, who understand business and operations in Dubai and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
·Schedule and manage engagements, events, and travel itineraries for the owner/MD and other executives
·Handle press management, public appearances and events
·Serve as the primary liaison between the company owner and other stakeholders
·Coordinate company activities within Dubai's mainland and freezones
·Maintain confidentiality with integrity and discretion
·Undertake general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
