Main Duties
Job Description:
As the Personal Coordinator to our Creative Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the Creative Director in various aspects of her work, with a particular focus on managing our new flagship store in London. We are looking for an individual who is highly responsible, organised, proactive and is dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of the Creative Director’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Creative Director:
- Provide administrative support to the Creative Director in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Creative Director and other team members and organisations, ensuring effective communication.
Sales Shifts at the Flagship Store:
- Participate in at least 2-day shifts at the flagship store as a sales associate to gain firsthand knowledge of store operations and customer interactions.
- Provide sales support, assist customers, and contribute to the store’s success.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to plan and execute the managing of the flagship store, including visual merchandising, event planning, and store staff coordination.
- Assist in running the online store and fulfil orders
Time Management and Organisation:
- Manage the Creative Director’s schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
- Keep the Creative Director organised and on track with tasks and projects.
Event Coordination:
● Assist in planning and organising fashion shows, product launches, and other events, coordinating logistics, and managing guest lists.
Skills and Experience Required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a role providing personal assistance to a high-level executive, preferably in the fashion or creative industry. (Preferred but not a must)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of individuals, from designers to customers.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
