Clinical Implement therapy programmes, utilising and interpreting a range of facts relating to the patients condition and apply clinical reasoning skills to the assessment, planning and implementation of the therapy process in consultation with the patient, carer and multi-disciplinary team. Monitor and evaluate treatment plans, maintain accurate records for all patients and manage any identified risks appropriately. Demonstrate treatment and reasoning skills required for therapy assessment and treatment, using appropriate therapeutic models, approaches and handling techniques.
