Our client requires a Portuguese speaking Administrator for 2-months to make administrative and editorial changes to its database of content.

Main Duties

• Enter data accurately into the database system
• To assist the Content Manager to manage the product content effectively.
• To ensure that the information and data are accurate and complies to the department’s templates, liaising with the other teams for confirmation.
• Translation of documents into Spanish or form Spanish as required
• To produce reports as required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Fluent Portuguese – both spoken and written
• Attention to detail, meticulous, methodical
• Communication – ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Preferably Spanish speaking
• Team player, able to work within a multi-skilled team in a busy and demanding environment
• Self-motivated and the ability to work unsupervised
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office / Google).
