Post and Pre sales Product Manager
- Oversee Post and Pre sales Processes
- Gate Keeper for new products, ensuring they are fit for purpose
- Ensure all products meet UK & EU regulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and improve on these processes
- Supervise and manage aftersales customer support
- Monitor feedback trends make recommendation to resolve frequent trends and improve on customer experience
- Manage Stock and inventories of spare parts
- Negotiate contracts with third party suppliers
- Evaluate new samples and manage returned stock
- Monitor and report on KPIs
