Role Overview: Our client is looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager to contribute to their diverse portfolio of clients. Working within a collaborative team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding day-to-day client work and achieving impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day client work, ensuring campaigns are on track and delivering strong results.
- Delegate tasks effectively to junior team members and be a reliable point of contact for clients.
- Embody the agency's values (ambitious, agile, collaborative, connected, responsible & happy).
- Demonstrate creativity and high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Build relationships at all levels across the agency and with clients.
- Contribute to news generation, news-jacking, product launches, ambassador campaigns, and events.
- Draft media materials for varied audiences, prepare and manage sell-in strategies.
- Ensure campaign milestones are met on time, prepare monthly client updates, and deliver weekly reporting.
- Act as a trusted pair of hands, confidently self-sufficient in managing all elements of campaigns.
- Be a digital native with extensive knowledge of online platforms, social media, and influencer marketing.
Qualifications:
- Relevant agency experience delivering broad consumer campaigns to a high standard.
- Experience in FMCG, food, retail, travel, or energy sectors (desirable but not essential).
- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Digital native with technical skills and a good working knowledge of social media and influencer marketing.
- Proven account management skills, ensuring campaign milestones are met on time.
