Practice Manager

New Practice Manager opportunity is on the horizon in a patient centric Practice in Bedford. Make a difference in a practice that is renowned for their approach to staff-wellbeing, career development and patient care.

The new role will receive excellent support and training with career progression opportunities. Primary Care and relevant management experience in areas such as HR and finance is essential. This is a very varied role in a progressive and innovative Surgery that puts staff-wellbeing and patient care at the forefront. Your role will include working autonomously as well as closely with the team to make sure the practice delivers and operates as smoothly as possible.

Salary - £40,000 - £48,000 per annum FTE + 27.5 days annual leave + BH + NHS pension

Your role -

• Practice Manager, Full-time
• Heavily involved working alongside the GPs and multi-disciplinary team
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Managing a team
• Focus on HR, finance, compliance, people management, CQC and project management, practice organisation
• Keep taking the Practice from strength to strength
