Salary### Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades K-5. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide support and guidance to help students reach their full potential. ### Duties: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and state standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect - Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process - Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation - Provide individualized support and guidance to students who may be struggling academically or emotionally - Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure student success - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior - Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education ### Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field - Valid teaching certification or license - Previous experience working with elementary school students preferred - Strong knowledge of elementary school curriculum and instructional strategies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level If you are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young learners, we encourage you to apply for this position. Salary: £140.49-£200.00 per day
