Private Client Secretary£ 38000 - £ 42000City of London THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Law firm, who are seeking a Private Client Secretary to join their London office, on a permanent basis. THE ROLE: - Diary and document management to assist solicitors, accountants and other fee-earners
- Liaising with clients over the phone and in person
- File opening, managing filing systems and compliance support
- Audio and copy typing
- General administrative duties
THE PERSON:- Previous legal experience within Private Client
- Previous secretarial experience
- An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- It skills in Word and Excel
- Organised with the ability to work well under pressure
