Our clients range from high-net-worth individuals to corporate clients, well known talent in the music and film industries, and sports personalities. The successful applicant will be passionate about providing first-class customer service to our members, from arranging initial doctors consultations to liaising closely with clinicians and facilities, ensuring a trouble free patient journey to the end of treatment.
You will become a dedicated case manager, making all bookings with clinicians and facilities on your patients' behalf to provide rapid access care. You will also meet many of your patients in person, chaperoning them to appointments to complete the necessary paperwork at facilities in central London.
Candidates must:
Speak fluent English, be presentable and have good communication skills to successfully represent our brand.
Have a background in high-end hospitality.
Have good IT and administration skills.
Have a positive 'can do' attitude, multitasking ability and the ability to cope in a fast-paced environment.
Possess utmost understanding of need for patient confidentiality and discretion.
Have the ability to develop a professional working relationship with the case management team, clinicians, consultants' PAs and facilities.
The job is based in-office, Monday through Friday.

Pay: £34,000.00 per year
