With over a decade of experience, this company are the sole dedicated experts in the UK within their field, with most of their work providing for the NHS. Therefore, they need a new team member to develop into a technical expert to support the company's growth.
The day to day of this role includes maintenance and repairs of medical equipment on site in Corby. This will include welding and soldering of small parts such as cables and lenses. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with evaluation and repairs of devices with small parts such as mobile phones, clocks, PCB boards, ATMs or any other transferrable products. Use of microscopes while conducting repairs is advantageous but not required.
The role:

• Junior Repair Technician working on Medical Equipment
• Training and straight progression route to senior role
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The Person

• Background in repairing devices with small components
• Preferable experience using a microscope to conduct repairs
• Background as a Workshop Technician/ Field Service Technician/ Electronic Assembler/ Solderer/ Fitter or similar experience all considered and encouraged to apply
• Willing and motivated to learn
