A Japanese energy related company in the City is looking for a Raw Materials Procurement Officer.
Candidates with good experience in product procurement and SAP are welcome.
YMS and Graduate visa holders with at least 18 months remaining on their visa may also apply.
Salary:Depending on experience £26-30K level + travel expenses fully paid + benefits package.

Hours:Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)
Location:Central London

PROCUREMENT OFFICER RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Ordering and inspecting Raw materials from suppliers through SAP
- Arranging shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, export documents, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date records on orders, suppliers and customers.
- Correct discrepancies between physical stock and system stock.
PROCUREMENT OFFICER Requirements:
- Strong background in office administration and be familiar with SAP required
- Experience in procurement of products (especially Raw materials) ideal
- Good understanding of Incoterms, import/export procedures, dealing with customs brokers, and customs clearance of goods and cargo
- Able to prioritise and work under pressure
- Ability to manage customer orders and negotiate with suppliers to meet customer deadlines
- Business level English language skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) without problems.
