We are currently looking for a highly experienced Production Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Production Administrator, you will be working directly with the Operations Manager and Production Supervisor to support the effective delivery of the contract. You will be required to work alongside staff employed directly by the end customer. You will be responsible for all administration of documents for inbound and outbound products to the client requirement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Timely & efficient administration of receipt and dispatch documentation for client’s stock.
- Updating and extracting data from ERP systems to support clients’ needs.
- Ensure accurate information is undertaken for all transactions in relation to goods in and dispatch through electronic stock management systems.
- Liaise with customer departments.
- Product information.
- Investigation to resolution of client queries.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Effective use of electronic warehouse management systems.
- Escalating of Client reported issues effectively to Contract Supervisor if resolution cannot be found within agreed timescales.
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
- Strong Communication skills
- Extensive experience of Microsoft experience including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Customer service experience
- SAP experience would be beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Good telephone manner
