Programme Administrator

Our client, a leading London University, is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Programme Administrator.  The post is to start as soon as possible and is a full-time, temporary role for 4 months. The post will be 5-days on site, based in Holborn.

Key responsibilities for this post will include:
 

• Assisting Programme Managers in the day-to-day running of the department’s programmes.
• Organising and minuting Department meetings.
• Overseeing and organising student Academic Mentor meeting schedules and records.
• Assisting with and preparing course materials.
• Providing accurate course and assessment administration support.
• Using data bases and Excel to create and maintain accurate student records.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Worked in a similar post previously, ideally from a higher education setting.
• Experience within a fast-paced, customer facing environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office suite of products and the ability to use bespoke systems.

     
This position is an immediate start, so you will need to be available immediately in order to be considered.
