We have a current opportunity for a Programme Administrator on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London.
Programme Administrator
London - Hybrid (3 days office/2 days home)
FTC 12 months (until the end of March 25) - could very well be extended
This is a position for an organised and articulate Programme Administrator who can work as part of a team to support in delivering a programme across the UK, involving several stakeholders. This role is to be a critical part of the management of the Government sponsored Help to Grow Management Programme, working with over 30 of the UK's best business schools that have earned the Small Business Charter (SBC)
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable organisational skills, a strong initiative, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Scheduling Manager and Programme Director in standardising the delivery of the programme to all delivery partners.
- Support in scheduling the calendar of courses run over the year for the programme. Taking into consideration date and regional clashes.
- Keep programme documentation up to date and disseminate information as required.
- Request information from external stakeholders and keep all records up to date.
- Support in the creation of documents including PPTs, PDF's, excel tracking reports
- Support with providing data reports (training will be given)
- Support in all workstream areas of the programme as required; curriculum, business school engagement, virtual learning environment, mentoring and alumni.
- Set up meetings and attend external and internal meetings, circulate agendas and take meeting notes.
- Provide training to stakeholders on the website backend (training will be given)
- Work on and provide support to Business Schools on the Dynamics CRM system (training will be given)
This is a key role within the team and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
