We are currently working with an exciting, fast growing Renewable-Energy client who is looking for a Programme Manager to drive, lead and deliver business and tech-driven change across the enterprise.
This technology leading business has achieved high growth over the last few years and is looking toc continue on this growth trajectory going forwards. They are looking for a strong leader to act as the link between the business, the change/technical teams and their 3rd party suppliers to drive transformational change across the business, all aligned to their Microsoft Dynamics tech stack.
This includes rolling out their Dynamics Feld Service platform and following through with continuous improvements to their Microsoft based tech-stack, programme leadership of various other programmes in their pipeline, rolling out a best practice framework across the change function to deliver future change and leading a team to drive business success.
This role will provide you with a great opportunity to work directly with a highly experienced Head of Change and IT Director, gaining exposure to senior stakeholder who will support your personal development and grow with a roadmap to becoming the number 2.

Key Requirements:
- Experience delivering a variety of large/complex end-to-end programmes as a Programme Manager
- Strong leadership skills having led a small change team and driven best practice across the business, rolling out a standard framework to deliver change
- Experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics Field Service preferable)
- Demonstratable experience bringing people and the business along for the journey is vital, as part of wider major transformation and change programmes
- Strong stakeholder management to navigate complex programmes and engage with stakeholders atall levels of the business, including Directors, Technical Teams and 3rd party suppliers
- Delivered using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the wider change team to ensure that changes meet business requirements
- Oversee and deliver a range of programmes including delivering Microsoft Business Applications
- Shape and drive a best practice framework to deliver change going forwards, working with your team to improve transformation delivery maturity and ensure adherence to best practice
- Work with key business and technical stakeholders, including 3rd party suppliers, to ensure all projects are governed to a consistent standard
- Help drive business growth through the end-to-end delivery of internal programmes
This is a permanent opportunity, with travel to their Manchester/Wigan offices one or two times a week.
