This Progress Partner role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career by working with children in a special school setting with Autism, ADHD and other cognition and learning difficulties.
We are looking for a self–motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic person who is passionate about supporting children and young people with autism, inside and outside of the classroom.

Requirements –Progress Partner:
University graduates with a relevant degree to SEN and / or Education Experience working in a school setting Experience with SEN Calm, Nurturing and Empathetic personality Excellent behaviour management skills Resilient and Enthusiastic Must be reliable, professional and consistent We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed in this Progress Partner role.
The successful Progress Partner will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
This post is not exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
