A well-established international architecture company with an office based close to Bristol central, are seeking a well organised candidate to join their team as a Project Administratorto support their busy team.
The office is easily accessible on the transport routes, within commutable distance on foot from Bristol Temple Meads Station.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills, and to be able to support a team.
Previous exposure to Adobe programs would be beneficial, however training will be provided for those who do not.
Duties will include:Maintain a thorough awareness and understanding of project information and project team contacts and ensure our intranet is up to date.Using relevant software, prepare documents with a high degree of graphic design integrity including design reports, programmes, specifications, room data sheets, schedules, planning applications and proposals.Manage all project information maintaining a full working knowledge of project extranets and ensure the team follows agreed protocols.Coordinate submissions for planning applications via planning portals and ensure related documents are filed correctly.Arrange all events, book meeting rooms and organise refreshments.Manage calendars and arrange travel and accommodation for team members.Proactively monitor email and screen telephone calls when team and project leaders are unavailable, assisting where possible.
There will also be elements of cover across the team in other areas, such as assisting with covering the reception area when needed, so a degree of flexibility and a hands-on approach is necessary.
