Our client are seeking a dedicated and organised Project Coordinator to join their lovely team. The Project Coordinator will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and programs within their organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the, including document management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
Reporting and Governance: Compiling reports, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and project management methodologies.
Documentation Management: Maintain project management templates, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and facilitate communication within the teams.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Project Support related role or similar administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is desirable but not essential.
