Project Coordinator

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to be engaged on a permanent basis to be located in Gloucester with site visits 2/3 days per week.
Key responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for updating and collating project financial information to provide the necessary reporting to the Safety Case and MDI Branch Managers
• Act as the Interface for the Group Leads to manage, supply chain interface support and finance reporting
• Support the monthly Finance Accountability Meetings to confirm - actuals from prior periods, forecast for current month and for the remainder of the year, unlet scope, budget pressure/surplus, transfers e.g., Project Change Requests (PCRs), issues and other actions. Business Planning interface
• Anaplan - is the strategic planning tool for the TCO Business Planning, Long Term Capability Planning and Work Management activity - Act as the Interface for the Groups Leads to update this planning tool (demand capture, Milestones) run reports as required by the business
• Support the Safety Report ONR Engagement

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or demonstratable experience of delivering projects in a highly regulated environment
• Knowledge and / or practitioner of Project Management.
• Qualifications is preferred with experience of applying either; APM body of knowledge and OGC's Prince 2
• Must be able demonstrate the ability to drive and deliver projects to required quality, time and cost parameters in a technically complex and fast-changing environment
