SalaryThis role is for a Project Engineer to join a leading manufacturer in the Oxfordshire region. As the Site Project Engineer you will be instrumental in supporting & implementing group wide strategy working with the Project Manager.

Description
- Provide engineering support activities for plant which includes major capital projects, equipment upgrades, facility expansion/upgrades, sustainability projects, major equipment, and system purchases as well as installations.
- Support the project implementation from the project design and delivery perspective
- Support with determining project schedule and specifications, technology, and standards, preparing cost and time estimates and reports.
- Control project costs by approving expenditures, contractor, assigned capital to ensure spending is within budgets.
- Facilitate innovative continuous improvement projects by seeking to improve & enhance methods and process systems.
- Responsible for safety and the adherence to policies and regulations to ensure that all engineering tasks are performed in a safe manner.
Profile
A Project Engineer with demonstrable engineering experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment & the following:
- A recognised Engineering qualification
- Proven experience in a project role
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Offer
