Full Time Contract ( 6 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Project Officer in Bromley. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:

• Support the development of projects and initiatives on behalf of the Public Protection Team, including research, planning, coordinating and administration of meetings.
• Coordinating updates from internal and external stakeholders for key projects and boards, including PDS.
• Supporting the SLT to maintain management processes, including the Assurance Log and new Call Over process.
• Undertaking administrative duties on behalf of the AD Public Protection, including email and diary management

The candidate:

• Demonstrable experience in project administration in the public sector is essential

• Demonstrable experience of financial monitoring and control.

• Demonstrable experience in drafting report documentation.

• Experience in an administrative capacity within Public Protection, or similar, is ideal
