Reporting Facilitator
Location: Bridgwater (hybrid)
Department: Quality
Rate of Pay: £135 per day
Holiday Entitlement: 36 days per year (including bank holidays)
Exciting Opportunity for a Reporting Facilitator
Are you skilled in reporting and facilitation? We're looking for a proactive Reporting Facilitator to ensure the timely completion of Non-conformance reports. Join us and play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards across our projects.
Responsibilities
- Expedite NCR completion through the management tool.
- Produce various reports for stakeholders.
- Support Quality Exceptions Panels and ensure compliance.
- Liaise between teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in project interfacing and minute-taking.
- Proactive with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in English; French language is advantageous.
- Desirable: Technical/engineering background and IT skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in proposing quality solutions.
- Problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
- Desirable: Experience in nuclear/non-conformance management.
