Description
As Property Accountant reporting into the Managing Director and working alongside the rest of an established Finance team, this position will be successfully overlooking a portfolio of accounts & property clients.
Key duties will be around responsibility for the service charge reconciliations as well as balance sheet reconciliations, alongside stakeholder management (both internal and external).
There is a commercial perspective to the position as well, by contributing towards the budgeting, variance analysis and seeking out any pivotal trends to use for business improvement and efficiency.
Profile
- Open to any "Qualified by Experience" or AAT / ACCA / CIMA / ACA part qualified
- Previous experience of service charge reconciliations or similar is essential
- Previous examples of stakeholder management and business partnering
- Knowledge of any balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis or profit & loss is ideal
- Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Key eye for detail
- Can work individually and as part of a wider large finance team
