Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with manager appointments
- Deligate maintenance issues to the correct team.
- Assist with preparing reports, letters,notices and other documents as requested
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Have the out of office on call phone and deal with any urgent queries
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing and data entry accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
