Property Administrator Fareham Full Time - GBP23,000 DOE
As a Property Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of property managers in the efficient maintenance and administration of our extensive portfolio of properties, comprising over 25,000 units across the South of England and the Midlands. From prestigious apartment blocks to mixed-tenure developments, your attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will ensure that standards and deadlines are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and emails, organising various tasks such as small works orders with contractors, key management, parking permits, and resident inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, including the key register, and assist in issuing keys to contractors and residents as needed.
- Take minutes of meetings and assist in preparing and distributing welcome packs to new owners.
- Scan and file documents, ensuring that all paperwork is organized and easily accessible.
- Monitor the management sales enquiries list, ensuring timely payments and follow-up as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and assist in preparing mail merges and drafting letters.
- Respond to resident and on-site staff inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain action sheets and copy emails to ensure all communications are properly documented.
- Ensure timely responses to all correspondence.
Property Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient service in relation to the above duties.
- Assist with any other tasks or duties as assigned by the property management team.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent administration skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse client and contractor group.
- Proficiency in written and numerical literacy to produce high-quality correspondence and reports.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience in property administration is a bonus.
