SalaryI currently have an opening for a Property Manager with a reputable property factor based within Glasgow. You will be part of a supportive team with plans to grow and thrive as the business continues to succeed.
This is a very varied role that requires an individual who is resilient and capable of managing a diverse portfolio. Within the role you will managing large residential developments ensuring all aspects are running smoothly. This role requires someone from a factoring/estate background who is looking to take the next step in their career.
This role is based entirely on site, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00
The key responsibilities within this role are:
* Oversee maintenance of properties: PPM, reactive and day to day
* Ensure company policies and procedures
* Assist with project management works
* Dealing with queries
* Manage effective budget process
* Site visits to properties
* Keep residents well informed
A successful candidate in this position will possess;
* Knowledge of property factors acts
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent MS Office skills: word and excel in particular
* Confidence and initiative
* Problem solving skills
* Previous factoring experience
