Position: Property Manager
Location: The convenience of working from home while managing properties in Kent Area.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Portfolio Details:
As a Property Manager, you will manage 10 small freehold developments in the South East, Kent area comprising of 480 apartment blocks, 100 unit for the over 55’s and 351 freehold houses with estates, equating to approximately 931 homes across all developments. You get involved with all elements of property management, to include monthly site visits to each, and client meetings as required. This will allow you to develop your experience with managing various types of developments.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Manage leasehold properties efficiently, including day-to-day property management.
- Lead and inspire your team while handling employment-related issues.
- Oversee budgets and expenditure, preparing forecasts and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to set a high standard for your team.
- Proactively seek ways to enhance the performance of your portfolio.
- Handle major works and the Section 20 consultation process.
- Interpret leasehold legislation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and uphold Health & Safety regulations. Obtain or be willing to achieve IRPM associate/membership (fully funded).
