Description
The Purchase Ledger Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment which could be extended. Reporting to the Finance Manager the role will be 100% office based in Handforth, Cheshire. Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Preparing Payment runs
- Resolving supplier queries
- Using Sage
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing expenses
- Opportunity to support in other Accounts Assistant duties
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
- Have previous experience of running Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable processes
- Be able to commute to Handforth office full time
- Be able to consider a temporary role initially
