SalaryWe are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Liverpool, who are recruiting for a Finance Officer (Purchase Ledger) on a temporary three month contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential for extension beyond three months. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £17 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have experience within Social Housing, but this requirement is flexible.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing the Purchase Ledger and processing invoices at a high volume
- Identifying and resolving invoicing issues
- Processing payment runs and rent postings
- Reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
- Reconciling control accounts and statements
- Maintaining and producing financial records and reports
Experience required:
- Experience in Social Housing is desirable
- Purchase Ledger experience
Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (4.30pm finish on Friday)
