Reed Accountancy have recently again partnered up with a thriving logistics business who are looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their finance function. The ideal candidate will be able to showcase previous experience in a similar role.
The Role
- Managing the Purchase Ledger process, from purchase orders through to invoices and reconciliation.
- Providing an indispensable service to the finance team, underpinning the wider financial stability of the business through their robust processes and systems.
- Matching and coding invoices, preparing and running BACS payments, reconciling supplier statements, and working out VAT payments.
- Having experience in Purchase Ledger management and being able to work efficiently and accurately.
- Having excellent communication skills and being able to work well under pressure.
- Being able to work independently and as part of a team.
The Person
- Previous Experience in a similar role
- Strong IT skills including MS Office
- Experience with multi currency
