Job Title: Purchase Ledger Administrator

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £25,000-£27,000 (depending on experience)

Package Details:

·         £25,000-£27,000 Salary

·         9AM-5PM

·         5% pension contribution.

·         On-site parking

·         20 days holidays plus bank holidays.

Main Responsibilities

·         Processing purchase invoices

·         Liasing with commercial team on any discrepancies on load reports

·         Setting up new customer accounts with associated due diligence

·         Clearing purchase invoices for payments

·         Inputting contracts and maintaining contract position

·         Assisting the Accounts Manager with general accounts admi

·         Providing admin support to the team where required 

Experience Required:

·         Purchase and sales ledger experience

·         Use of accounting software (xero preferable)

·         Use of Microsoft Office (particularly excel)

·         Strong administration skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Ability to multi task

·         Strong communication skills verbally and written

·         Reliable and Flexible

·         A professional attitude and telephone manner.

·         Problem-solving ability.
