Annual Salary: £26,000 - £28,000.00 DOE
Holiday Pay: 28 days per year pro rata
Working Hours: 08.30 – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday
Friday 1.00pm Finish!

Essential Criteria
· Mathematics & English Grade C & ABOVE.
· Experience of working in fast paced office environment and working with internal and external customers & suppliers.
· Purchase Ledger.
· Computer literacy, word, excel, spreadsheets, typing speed & accuracy, data capture.
Desirable
Experience of administration within a production/engineering environment.
Duties are as follows but not limited to:-
Job purpose:
To carry out accounting and administrative duties, primarily in the Finance Department and in other areas as required, under the primary direction of the CFO
Responsibilities:
As part of the Finance team to update computerised accounting records, the principal areas of which are outlined below:
Invoice preparation and liaising with customer care/stores/carriers as required Aid debt collection as required
There may be a requirement to provide customer care support for small MM Global product customers.
Purchase Ledger:
- Posting of supplier invoices and adjustments to creditors accounts.
- Authorisation of transport invoices.
- Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements to ledger balances.
Other:
- Other government returns and reports as necessary
- Admin support in other areas of the business as required.
- To assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and financial audit.
- Any other appropriate task as required
