Duties
- The purchasing support role is responsible for providing Administrative Support to the purchasing department. This includes assisting with the procurement process, maintaining purchasing records, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Assisting in managing inventory levels, tracking stock levels, and identifying when reordering is necessary.
- Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations, including maintaining proper documentation for purchases.
Experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
