Internal system(s) experience. (Time & Attendance, Access Control, Sage) desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Key Accountabilities
Purchasing
Working with the Sales/Operational teams in ensuring materials/consumables are delivered to production in line with our .
Provide administration support in the preparation of reporting.
Processing in line with the business needs and policy.
Supporting equipment maintenance schedules and reactive breakdown call-outs.
A comprehensive material report for internal estimating purposes. This report will be itemised by material specification, unit of measure, cost per unit, delivery lead time and any other relevant commercial/operational information required.
Report back to the Senior Manager any proposed supplier increases related to key materials and operational support services.
Administration
Working with internal systems, the collation and distribution of to the relevant Managers. (Payroll hours, holiday entitlement, absenteeism)
Internal work ticket archive filing.
Teamwork, Communication and Continuous Improvement
To maintain a good and co-operative relationship with internal/external suppliers promoting in identifying areas for business improvement.
Training & Flexibility
To undertake training as required by the business in providing a highly skilled, adaptable, and flexible workforce.
Quality
Compliance with all internal procedures in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
