Qa/Qc Manager

Our client is a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation contractor with projects across Ireland, UK, and Mainland Europe. Our client operates across multiple sectors including Data Centre’s, Pharmaceutical, Microelectronics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, and Energy from Waste. They are currently looking for a QA/QC Manager to join them on projects in the London area.The ideal candidate will be responsible for -* The management, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001* Developing quality plans, manuals, documents and systems* Working with the Client to ensure that their Quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed timelines* The Completion of Audits* Advising Management on QA issues* Ensuring that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover* Attending and co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers* Documents Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives, in order to stay in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.* Reporting and ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardised and integrated into the Company QA/QC Manual.* Reviewing of all applicable vendor/subcontractor documentation.You will need -* A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification* An ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines* Excellent communication, good organisational and planning skills* Confident, creative, and energetic approach to addressing all quality-related issues* An ability to produce quality written reports* To be proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint* Data Centre experience is highly desirable
