• Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Engineering, Senior Quality professional based in Boston.

• £45,000 Starting salary + wider company benefits. Hybrid / Home working available, early finish on a Friday.

• Strong technical background – Metrology, CMM, Quality Engineering. Experience working and implementing ISO standards to a manufacturing business.

This Quality Manager role will suit:

• This will suit someone used to working in a fast paced and varied role

• Ideally you will have a strong technical background (Metrology, CMM, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering).

• Exposure to ISO accreditation’s or other regulated environments

• Ideally you will have some 8D / formal problem solving experience

This Quality Manager responsibilities and duties:

• Developing quality policies and quality control documents

• Ensure products are fully fit for purpose and meet the quality standards set by the business

• Support the inspection systems to ensure product conformance before delivery to customers

• You will have demonstrated knowledge of implementing ISO9001 & ISO 14001

• Experience in conducting audits
