Exciting Pan-Euro Real Estate Asset Manager role operating at the opportunistic/development level as well as on standing-asset / value-add projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring optimal performance over a large portfolio of assets (buildings ranging from 120,000sq.ft to 1.5m sq.ft) across 5 jurisdictions.

Description
- To support the Portfolio Director in writing and implementing asset business plans.
- Involvement and input at acquisition, development phase, leasing, asset management during the hold period and disposals.
- The Real Estate Asset Manager will be involved with day-to-day portfolio management, optimising asset income, performance and capital value and will be the key point of contact with all Tenants.
- Ability to read, assess and report on the portfolio model to ensure performance is on track per business plan/s.
- Preparation of both internal and external presentations, slide decks and support materials as well as all necessary reporting requirements.
- Overseeing all asset management initiatives; in addition to the above, all L&T events (re-gears, refurbishments, cap-ex projects, sustainability implementation)
- Oversight and management of all development pipeline leasing activities, managing the development partners expressions of market interest.
- Strategic management of Tenants from one phase or building to another part of the portfolio, ensuring a smooth process at all times.
- Day to day management of appointed third party consultants.
- Preparation and implementation of annual business plans to optimise performance in accordance with overall portfolio strategy.
- Identifying and implementing any potential ESG strategies.
Profile
- 2-3 years post MRICS experience in commercial property asset management.
- Real Estate (or Built Environment) degree.
- Ability to work autonomously whilst also being a valued member of a close-knit team.
- Diligent, excellent time-keeping and overall project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to present both verbally and in written reports.
- Excellent relationship management / Tenant engagement skills, ability to look after high-profile Tenants.
- Solid Excel skills, ability to analyse and appraise asset management initiatives.
