This is an exciting role offering the chance to make professional judgments in an organisation where the business and board know your name and value your contribution. You will be working on large corporate transactions and syndicated deals as well as some private client work. You should be qualified enough to work without too much input and guidance and will be trusted to make assessments and high level decisions, balancing commerciality with legal risk.
This role will suit someone tired of a policy driven and tick box environment, who is looking for autonomy and opportunity to make the role their own. You should ideally have some in-house experience, but this can be from a secondment from a law firm. You will be working in a busy office 4 days a week and will enjoy a good work life balance and a collaborative team environment.
