They are actively seeking a professional with over 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to take the lead on Real Estate Finance transactions for their esteemed clients.
The Real Estate Finance (REF) practice is an integral part of the broader banking and finance team, catering to a diverse clientele that includes national and international developers, funds, banks, alternative lenders, issuers, and arrangers. The team adeptly manages both investment and development financing across various sectors, encompassing retail, hotels, healthcare, student accommodation, logistics, leisure, and industrials.
The firm is open to considering general banking and finance lawyers who bring valuable experience in leading Real Estate Finance deals.
