Reception/Administration Support Assistant
Location: Southampton
Salary: £23,000k - £25,000 DOE
Reporting to: Finance & Commercial Director
I am currently recruiting a Reception/Administration Support Assistant to join a well-established, world leading logistics company in the Southampton area. Specialists in sea, road, rail and air travel they offer a bespoke service to their customers.
My client, an industry leader, is looking to for an experienced Reception/Administration Support Assistant to join thier established team. The ideal candidate will have experience of operating a reception area, day to day admin functions, PA duties and providing support to all staff and directors.
Reception/Administration Support Assistant Essentials:
- Reception/PA experience
- MS Office knowledge challenge
- A keen eye for detail
- Punctuality
- Multi-tasking skills
