Based at Rother Valley Country Park, Sheffield, the hours are Full Time, 37 hours per week.
Rother Valley Country Park is a popular outdoor destination attracting in excess of 750,000 visitors the Park each year.
The role of the Visitor Control Operative is to provide a front-line point of contact to the visiting public dispensing advice and information regarding the Park and its facilities. You will answer telephone and email enquires, operate the automatic gate entry system to ensure customers enjoy a seamless entry and exit from the Park, undertake reception duties and provide administrative support.
You will be required to work a rolling rota including regular anti-social hours involving evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required as part of the normal working week.
Experience of customer service employment is essential to this post.
