An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established legal firm in Brighton, who are looking for a receptionist to join the team, to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Answer, log and transfer inbound phone calls politely and efficiently
- Check and maintain daily calendar of visitors
- Meet and greet incoming clients/customers
- Office admin duties i.e. ordering supplies/stationery
- Work closely with facilities manager to raise any building or supplier issues (i.e. plumbing/electrical)
- Assist with onboarding of client files using their Online Management System
To be successful in the role, you should portray the following attributes:
- Confident, polite and approachable
- Good telephone manner and ability to communicate clearly
- Good organisational skills with a "can-do" attitude
- Sufficient IT knowledge i.e. MS Word/Excel etc.
