The company are a property development business so are involved in construction, development, sales, and lettings. The main purpose of the role will be to manage the front desk and support the wider property teams with day-to-day administration. On offer is a basic salary of £22,000 to £25,000 working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.The main duties of a Receptionist are:
- Supporting with inbound calls and fielding to correct person or responding accordingly.
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the business.
- Maintaining the visitor logs and issuing passes to visitors.
- Support in the management of the main email accounts.
- Taking receipt of mail, documents, and packages from couriers.
- Supporting the wider team with day to day property administration.
- Keeping the front desk area clean and presentable.
