A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join us at Express Engineering, an Oil & Gas equipment manufacturer based in the North East of England. With 50 years of experience in machining and assembling critical subsea components and systems, we are a market leader in the specialised products we produce.
The main duties of the Receptionist role will include:
- Being the point of introduction for the business, greeting all visitors and ensuring guests are dealt with courteously and promptly
- Delivery of the company health and safety policies to visitors
- Managing incoming calls via the switchboard
- Control of business resources including meeting rooms
- Support the preparation for customer visits
- Organisation of hospitality for visitors
- Organisation of incoming and outgoing mail
- Management and arrangement of corporate travel
- Organisation of company events
- Supporting general administration for various business functions
