SalaryA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join us at Express Engineering, an Oil & Gas equipment manufacturer based in the North East of England. With 50 years of experience in machining and assembling critical subsea components and systems, we are a market leader in the specialised products we produce.
The main duties of the Receptionist role will include:
- Being the point of introduction for the business, greeting all visitors and ensuring guests are dealt with courteously and promptly
- Delivery of the company health and safety policies to visitors
- Managing incoming calls via the switchboard
- Control of business resources including meeting rooms
- Support the preparation for customer visits
- Organisation of hospitality for visitors
- Organisation of incoming and outgoing mail
- Management and arrangement of corporate travel
- Organisation of company events
- Supporting general administration for various business functions
As with all positions, due to the nature and varying demands of our business, the responsibilities and tasks are not limited to this overview and may change to meet future demands.
