- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the college.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Handle inquiries from students and parents, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings for staff and faculty.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
